PRE / POST TENANCY CLEANING SERVICE
Our clients find it really convenient to book the service at the end of their tenancy. Our End of Tenancy (EOT) cleaning service is not hourly based, but the fully equipped team we send stays as long as it takes for the work to be completed.
The service is fully guaranteed and clients are sure they will get their deposits back as landlords inspect the the work and the cleanness of the places themselves.

WHAT WE CLEAN WITHIN THE EOT SERVICE:
Kitchen
•Wash/polish all work surfaces
•Clean all cupboards and drawers (in&out). Remove and dispose food, carrier bags, etc.
•Clean sink and taps, remove lime scale, polish where required
•Degrease wall tiles, clean and polish
•Internal oven cleaning, removal of built up grease; clean exterior; polish any external chrome
•Clean and remove grime from extractor fans
•Fridge / freezer cleaning, grime, mildew and food deposit removal
•Clean washing machine (inside and outside), including rubber at the door & soap drawers
•Clean dishwasher (if any).
•Clean exterior of all appliances including kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.
•Cleaning & relining of bins
Bathroom
•Shower screen de-scaled, cleaned and polished
•Wall tiles cleaned end polished
•Bath, basin, taps, shower and fittings - cleaned, de-scaled, dried and polished
•Toilet de-scaled and brushed clean; seat cleaned and disinfected
•All soap and shampoo deposits removed
•Mirrors cleaned and polished
•Floors washed and polished; if carpeted properly hovered
Living rooms and bedrooms
•Dusting throughout, including: light fittings and shades, light switches, skirting, curtain rails, wall pictures, mirrors, fire surround and radiators.
•All furniture will be moved and vacuumed underneath; skirting boards behind furniture dusted
•Mattresses to be lifted and vacuumed under
•Cobwebs removed
•Floors washed; if carpeted hovered
•All glass (furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames etc) cleaned with window cleaner
•Windows cleaned internally; windows sills wiped down
•All doors and top of doors cleaned; door handles polished
•Drawers and shelves to be cleaned and polished
•Upholstery vacuumed, also cushions lifted and cleaned underneath
•All wooden furniture to be carefully wiped clear of dust
•All bedroom furniture /storage units will be clean inside and out.
We do work on Public and Bank holidays, weekends with no extra charges.
