Regular domestic cleaningIf I want a regular service, am I going to have the same cleaner every week?Yes, you will have the same cleaner for your regular cleaning service. We will offer to arrange a replacement in cases of holidays, sickness, etc.Do you provide the cleaning materials?Yes, we will supply all cleaning materials and equipment needed for Pre / Post Tenancy cleaning service. Upon request we could supply the cleaning materials for a one-off cleaning visit as well, please note this may be a subject to a surcharge. For the regular domestic cleaning, we expect all cleaning materials and equipment to be supplied by the client, unless otherwise agreed.Do you guarantee your Pre / Post Tenancy services?Yes. We promise that if you are not satisfied with the result from a service, we will continue to clean till you are happy or will arrange to come back and re-do the tenancy cleaning absolutely free of charge. Do you work on weekends and Bank holidays?Yes, we offer our cleaning services seven days a week and we have cleaners working on Public holidays as well.If you have another question, please call us on 077 7400 8553 or email us.
